WebGPU particles

I made this as a quick doodle because I got recommended a similar video on Youtube. I only hovered over it shortly, but I thought it looked nice. Wanted to check out WebGPU for quite some time, so it was a good opportunity. Also nice to brush up on my Typescript.

For this to work, your browser needs to support WebGPU, so if nothing shows up, that might be it.
